The form builder is great for when you need a lot of information from someone, but don't want to create a ton of custom fields and a big slog in the Service request itself. The form data can then be mapped to other systems you use as well, since it can be exported into a CSV. The customer service team is also very helpful. They helped me greatly in troubleshooting and issue I was having retrieving attachments from the forms. They took our advice on a need for the CSV export to have a URL link to the attachments location for retrieval and had the feature developed and in our hands in about 2 months. Pretty cool!
